About the Customer
Client is a British multinational software and information technology
business based
in England who provides software and consultancy services. There were
multiple
application which was managed for different services that was not
centralized under
one roof. Since the client invest more in acquisitions as there business
strategy of
expanding themselves, It always made the applications to be run
independently.
Considering there increase in customers so the same customers using
different
services need to have different service accounts. Considering there
increase in
customers the client wanted to have a cloud CRM to manage their
customers from
multiple applications in to one particular stack and a central
repository to manage,
dedupe and merge the existing customer data maintained in various
application
database.
What we did
- Design an architecture to manage data form multiple source application to a master data management system which will get migrated to a Cloud CRM.
- Mapping design and strategy for migrating data from multiple source system to MDM and Cloud CRM.
- Designed the MDM system with rules to Match, Merge and Dedupe data from various source applications.
- Designed a Data Migration Engine to migrate data form various sources to MDM and Cloud CRM system.
- Data Migration engine was automated that enable client to reuse in case of any new acquisitions.
- Enabled data integration with various business process areas in to different target systems.
